Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, performs physical care of assigned patients (i.e. grooming, feeding etc.). Collects specimens as needed. Assists and accompanies patients during admission or discharge.

Performs general care activities for patients. Records patients' personal care and physical findings. Performs a variety of tasks and activities according to the needs of the Department. Performs EKG, monitors ECG telemetry equipment and Phlebotomy on Patients.
Qualifications: Must have two to three (2-3) years in acute/chronic or ambulatory care setting. High School graduate or GED and completed a PCT course which should include EKG and Phlebotomy. Good computer skills as well as organizational, written and verbal skills. BLS Certification required. Experience in Acute Psychiatry preferred. Bilingual Preferred:
English/Spanish.
