Responsible for maintaining the goals and objectives of the AIDS Program. Maintain relations with various department within the institution, regulatory agencies and associated outside organizations and individuals.
-Attends Performance Improvement meetings.
-Provide staff supervision.
-Responsible for ensuring compliance of all departmental staff with annual health assessments, annual appraisals and annual mandatory training.
-Ensure Joint Commission compliance.
-Compiles reports, billing data and ongoing statistical assistance as required by the department and/or funding source.
-High school diploma/GED required.
-Administrative management and organizational experience.
-Minimum four (4) years of HIV/AIDS administrative experience in a hospital.
