Primarily responsible for all accounting and reporting functions related to the BLISS grant (.75FTE). Hospital financial tasks as assigned (.25FTE).
-Assist in the timely performance of all accounting tasks, such as journal entries, accounts payable, payroll, closing books and maintaining accounting systems.
-Prepare monthly financial statements.
-Prepare financial and statistical reports required by BLISS funding agency.
-Assist in preparation of BLISS grant applications and budget.
-Maintain a permanent file documenting information reported.
-Experience in accounting/finance, including analysis and IS systems.
-BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
-Computer literate including Excel, Word and ability to master Hospital systems.
