Input data from employee time records or KRONOS to computerized payroll system. Process payroll and resolve
payroll disputes. Also responsible for getting the payroll checks out in a timely manner. Prepare manual checks,
input deduction, calculate retroactive pay and assist other staff when needed.
-Interact directly with Departments and Human Resources personnel to obtain necessary information to address employees’ concerns to his/her satisfaction.
-Maintain and verify documents on accrued paid time and leave balances before releasing final check to employees.
-Maintain and verify documents for all retro adjustments or any salary adjustments paid to employees.
-Process payroll information to produce payroll checks.
-Review Payroll Clerks’ work for accuracy prior to processing it.
-Coordinate other activities of the department as and when needed.
-Audit time, input into KRONOS and check the preview.
-High school diploma/GED required.
-One to two (1-2) years experience in payroll processing preferably in a hospital setting.
-Knowledge and familiarity with ADP processing.
